Never thought I can get into such a situation with the rental company I was using for so long time.But the customer experience and the responsibility are too poor and I worry about the safety of my property.I rented a car and linked my personal keys with the rental keys.Eventually, when I left the keys during the return, I forgot my keys as well. The customer service is just bad. I wanted to write this review, hoping it gets to someone who actually cares about the integrity of the business. I had an accident back in July 7th, 2021 and needed to rent out a vehicle and my car insurance happens to use enterprise, I called in and discovered I was on the "no rent list" from a bill that hadn't been paid on 2018 - I had a accident nearly 3 years ago and the body shop that was supposed to pay for it didn't. When a business shows you who they are when (not) trying to resolve a complex issue, you better look hard. Keeping you on long holds hoping you'll hang up. Lack of concern or care AFTER they have your money. Follow up or resolve is not in their language or work ethics. This is a s***** "Family" owned ???????? business. Critical thinking is NOT used her at all. ******** is a huge joke.

I returned my car on July 23 at around 7:05 AM , me and my wife got checked in by a Alamo employee . We went to check in then with **************************************** the cup holder for the car and when I got back the car was moved up and the phone was gone. NO one knew or helped in any way. Where do I start???? I made a reservation for a full-size car and forgot to add drop off to ********** airport option for ***** extra on top of rate charges. I got to counter and asked if I could add that option and she said if I do drop it would costs 300 and it didnt matter where it would be same. She said they have shortages of cars so they need it dropped at same location. My insurance Company Cooperators uses this business for car rentals. My car was destroyed on the 14th, and they told me they would get me a car in a few days. I tried to get a receipt from them and never received one,i called 4 times each time told they would email it. The girl who worked there made a joke about ******** It wasnt funny this happened july 19 2021 at 2:30. The lack of some sort of management oversight is unprofessional. Never again.

At the counter picking up the car, I was talked into paying an extra $400 for insurance that I didnt need. I realized this after I had already driven for 3 hours and called 5 times trying to deal with it.
