Enterprise in ******** ** is the worst. **************** and management is non existent. I had a rental car from 4/16/23 to 5/16/23 to go out of town for business. While out of town I received three calls from the ********* ** rental location asking me to return the car, the first call they said they sold the car and needed me to return it immediately. I explained that I was in ******* and could not do as requested, I even offered to take it to an enterprise close to the hotel. She said no, that shed note the account. I got ... read more
Told me my card was declined but the charges went through. Even with my bank on the line they told me it didnt matter. They said they could try and void the sale and run it again. When they voided the sale nothing happened. This was on a Monday at 9am. So I ended up stranded 30 miles from my home with no rental and almost $900 on hold. The money was held for the full 5 days so I was unable to get another rental, or flight to go down to visit my father in the hospital.
