HORRIBLE!!! RIPOFF!!!! If you have full coverage insurance, do not pay for anything extra they offer you. They didn't give us any paperwork!!!! Scammmm!!!!! Go somewhere else if you can to rent your vehicle!!!!

I reserved a Minivan online through the Enterprise website at the * Santa Fe location. I reserved the vehicle over 2 weeks in advance. I received a call the day before pickup stating that they did not have my vehicle available and that they had no other vehicles of that size available to rent. The employee stated they were unable to see the availability of other locations. I was advised to call each location to inquire. 6/5/21 Had a car reserved and confirmation number I received on 6/3/21. Needed a car to take my mother home to Mississippi for her doctor's appointment. Upon arrival of my reservation time two young adults told me they didn't have any cars available and to come back tomorrow as they locked the door to leave. I have to work Monday morning so I can not leave on Sunday, I explained to the young gentleman that I would take anything they had available. I rented a car from Enterprise ******** , ** for my trip. I mostly rent from **** and always love the service. Because of my friend told me to get car enterprise and i decided to get from them. I made a reservation on last friday. Girl behind the counter was happily get me there as a first time there and she upgrade my car for free. I never buy insurance i use my full insistence. Multiple reservations all lost had to walk with my daughter 3 times a totle of 5 hours and after being promised a rental they refused once I arrived and cooperate office even got involved and they refused still..

I rented a car through ********** **** * *** in Saskatoon at the Central location and the service there was impeccable. They even called be back to ask how my service was after I had issues at the bonnyville location. Upon return of my vehicle at the designated drop off (JD AUTO COLLISION) I asked the front desk staff what I had to do following drop off. They informed me to drop my keys and that was all. We made a reservation on March 28, 2021 with the Enterprise Car Rental at the Downtown ***********, ******** location for Friday, May 7, 2021. Just as we were ready to take off on our flight, a little over 2 hours before we were to pick up the car, we got a text message saying they did not have a vehicle for us. DO NOT RENT WITH ENTERPRISE!!! Listen I have been a loyal customer with ********************** for the past 6 years. We typically spend around $1,000 a month on a rental. Many people say that this is a lot, but we thought it was reasonable for four weeks. Now the rates have almost doubled for the smallest of the vehicles. This company does not care about loyalty or even that you are a platinum tier member. It is basically take it or leave it.
