Terrible, dishonest, say they're going to refund your deposit and then they don't or they refund a little bit . unlike what they said they would refund terrible cars had to return one it had a flat tire and it would go all over the road the steering wheel was so loose. Got a second car that was better. Then 7 days later I had covid so who knows how clean the car was to begin with the two cars. Awful experience will never do it again!

Wasn't too impressed to say the least. The management if you want to call it that is ran by a bunch of kids. No greeting kind of seemed like I might have "interrupted something"going on in the back room between 2 employees. Seemed like they were lost. I did enjoy the Grand Jeep Cherokee nice ride for being my mobile office until it died in my driveway. I called and told them that in the morning and I would try to put a battery charger on it (which I don't believe is my responsibility). Charging it seemed to barely work the *... read more

I rented a car as mine was getting fixed. They first tried to get me in a car with 3 inches of standing water. They said oh almost have you the wrong car, this one is here for repair! Then the next car they gave me had the floor of the drivers side all torn the passenger door had a huge burn **** on it then the front windshield was completely cracked. When asked what do I do if I get pulled over since this is obstructing my view. They told me just tell the cops its on back order and youll be fine. I was caught off guard neve... read more

liar thieves state farm was supposed to be responsible for the whole thing and I had nothing to do with the coast.They asked for 100$ deposit but they took 117.47$ and wanted to return only 100$.After I complained they said you demanded a better car which was ******** got vocal about it. ****** ******* backed down and said they will return the remainder. anyway, my advise? don't take car. ask for a ride from the shop to your home and back. don't give them your bank card. they are thieves and they know it. nasty people they k... read more
