ON AUGUST 15TH, 2022 I WAS SCHEDULED TO RETURN A RENTAL TO THE ************ ENTERPRISE BY 8PM. I HAD SPOKEN WITH THE MANAGER AND EXPLAINED I HAD FAMILY EMERGENCY IN **** CAUSING THE DELAYED RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT I HAD RENTED HUNDREDS OF TIMES FROM ENTERPRISE WITH NO HICKUPS FOR BUSINESS TRAVEL. THE MANAGER CONTACTED ME AND GAVE ME A TIME TO HAVE THE VEHICLE RETURNED AND I AGREED. Members plus is a joke! I've rented 3 cars that wasn't added to my points for ************ program. And now that I contact them on this issue the only thing they tell me is sorry and rent more vehicles... Also they never have anything that you acquired for available for your pickup. This place is a joke!
Enterprise cars smells like dead rats!!!! NASTY!!!!!!The company really needs to do better and take pride in their rental cars.NO STARS PERIOD!!!!!! In order to leave this review I had to select 1 star!
