I'm disgusted with the bill I received for repairs to a damaged fender. Over $700 for, by the looks of the receipt, something that doesn't even include a new fender. Hours of work wasted on fixing the fender and painting it, when it would've been faster and cheaper to replace the fender. I've spent about $2,000 in rentals since August, and don't see myself ever coming back to any Enterprise location if I'm expected to pay for a company to "take the long way" to rack up a bill. I had a reservation for a full size luxury rental car a week in advance and they called me less than 24 hours before i was supposed to pick it up to say they didnt have one at that location. I needed a large car as my mom uses a ****** and its hard for her to get in a small car that they were offering. i called customer service and they said i could get one from a different location but it would be $550 instead of $300. I rented a car from Enterprise on 6/29/20 from *************, **. Upon arriving, the car that was assigned to me had a huge windshield crack and so I was quickly assigned with another car that ended up being a Jeep Compass 2020. On July 8th, 2020, the day that I was due to return the car, while driving on the I-35 highway in **** *****, the front *********** popped and caused the car to swerve slightly into the middle lane.
