Surgery Plus was AWESOME. I am very thankful that my school District is a member. The people were polite, very helpful, and understanding to help me get seen promptly. Surgery was scheduled and was a breeze. Follow-up care scheduled and the whole process went smooth as silk. My school District and I saved ALOT of money!

I needed a left knee replacement and my employers medical plan used SurgeryPlus. The Orthopedic Surgeon I used was in the network and had a 5 star rating. My surgery was a success and I was back to work in 12 weeks with no complications. My PCP gave me a referral and the service was awesome, my surgery was paid at 100% and I received no out of pocket charges. I would recommend anyone to use SurgeryPlus for the services.

I used SurgeryPlus when I needed to have my umbilical hernia repaired. I was very impressed with the service. I called to open up my case and they connected me with a coordinator. Then they sent me a list of doctors I could choose from. I was able to find a doctor that was only 20 miles away. Great experience all around. I was initially reluctant to use this benefit offered thru my job. I decided to call and get some initial information. The call triggered the process. I am so happy with my Surgery Plus benefit. Every person I dealt with was helpful, understanding and kind throughout the whole process. From finding a surgeon to travel and afterwards, I have no complaints. The surgeons were excellent, our travel was stress free and being able to get ahold of someone at the slightest sign of a hiccup was a breeze. Very grateful for this benefit for myself and my family.

I was so happy with the services provided, from the SurgeryPlus coordinator to the doctor's ****** visits, surgery and post-surgery follow-up. The gas incentive was also very helpful I really don't have any complaints. Dr. ***** and his staff were awesome.

I had surgery in June of 2021. I was so happy with my surgery plus patient advocate. My surgery was done out of state and she made the process so easy by making all the arrangements for the trip and for our stay. It took a lot of worry and stress off my mind. I still tell others about how amazing this program is so that people can take advantage of it. I highly recommend SurgeryPlus.
Surgery Plus is an amazing company! They covered everything from my initial consultation to my follow up visits after surgery. My dedicated agent was very friendly and helpful. Any questions I had, she answered quickly and thoroughly. They covered my gas to get to and from the doctor since it was a couple hours away. They even paid for me to stay at my choice of a hotel the night before my procedure so I didnt have to drive at 5am.
