I had a GREAT experience with SurgeryPlus !!! I work for the State of ******** and had bariatric surgery through this program and it was completely satisfied. My Surgeon was phenomenal and so was the attention ! They paid for my gas, my lunch and the incentive funds were deposited pretty quickly after my case was closed. Thank you !!!!

My experience with SurgeryPlus was flawless. From the time I reached out to start the process through my post-surgery follow-up visits to the doctor, the staff at SurgeryPlus were right there to help me. They literally handled everything -- initial appointment with the surgeon, hotel reservations for the night before my procedure, travel expenses, follow-up visits. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The service is outstanding. Excellent Network of Providers. The Website is easy to navigate for Users. Good consideration for where you live and proximity to Providers. Assigned Surgery Plus Care Advocate was diligent, knowledgeable and responded promptly to questions. I had shoulder surgery last week and decided to go through SurgeryPlus (provided by my employer) to set up the procedure. The entire process was so easy; the SurgeryPlus employee contacted me immediately, shared crucial information regarding the surgery center, surgery day. She reached out to me before and after to make sure that everything went well. I highly recommend this benefit, if you're able to use it!

03/02/2023 Awesome Last year I was having back problems and decided to contact Surgery Plus. The process was easy and the coordinator took the stress of having to find a spine specialist. Also, the selection of providers were only ***** minutes from my home. I did not have to worry about co-pays. Also, the coordinator would follow-up the same day with me to see how I was doing and to advise me on the next steps.
