Had a great experience with SurgeryPlus; they even worked with me to see about adding my preferred physician as an approved vendor. Zero out of pocket costs is pretty hard to argue with.

SurgeryPlus helped me throughout the entire bariatric surgery process and I was very happy with the level of customer service provided by their staff. My experience with surgery plus was wonderful. Tt the beginning they took the time explain every step up to and post surgery. I had a decent amount of surgeons to select from and once I did that, my advocate got everything booked for me. All I had to do was give her a general idea of when and where I wanted to fly from and she did the rest. The hotel was great, my **** card arrived well before my flight and everything was just surprisingly smooth. I was pleasantly surprised each step of the way. SurgeryPlus seemed to anticipate my needs before I even voiced them. They were great communicators and I felt confident in their ability to handle all aspects of the surgery. This is a very good choice for surgeries that are not needed immediately. There have been minor issues with scheduling and benefits being applied to the debit cards, but overall, I would consider using this service for my surgeries.
