I was pleasantly surprised each step of the way. SurgeryPlus seemed to anticipate my needs before I even voiced them. They were great communicators and I felt confident in their ability to handle all aspects of the surgery. The doctor that preformed our surgery was top notch and we received great care before and after surgery. I highly recommend SurgeryPlus and I look forward to using them again if needed.

This is a very good choice for surgeries that are not needed immediately. There have been minor issues with scheduling and benefits being applied to the debit cards, but overall, I would consider using this service for my surgeries.
Honestly, I was blown away with sugeryplus! They covered everything 100%, provided our hotel and gas money, made everything so easy for me. Any questions or concerns I had they answered them right away! Very pleasant to work with as well. It's a great benefit to have especially when needing surgery. Thank you so much for everything! And if I ever need surgery again, I'll definitely be using it again.

We have used Surgery Plus on two different occasions. We had support from Surgery Plus team through each one. We received a debit card with gas money and a hotel because we had an early call time for surgery. They made the reservations and everything was taken care of. The choice of doctors for the surgeries were top notch and they indicated if we weren't happy with the choices they sent they would look for others. I was so glad to have chosen SurgeryPlus for my son's shoulder surgery. Their Care team support is excellent so impressed on their follow up through the entire process. Information sharing is excellent. Costing is great and their network of falicities and Physicians were excellent. I have and will continue to recommend SurgeryPlus with no second thoughts.

My wife and I have both used SurgeryPlus through my employer and all I can say is WOW. The process was insanely easy, the doctor's involved were top notch (Major League Baseball surgeon) and the financial piece was phenomenal. If I ever find myself in a situation where surgery may be necessary again, I will not hesitate to use SurgeryPlus! I can not thank them enough for making it as easy and smooth an ordeal as they did. We have nothing but good things to say, When I started a new job and discovered the Surgery Plus benefit was available to my husband, I was shocked. I have never had insurance take care of ** the way our current policy does. The provider was knowledgeable, patient, and explained the process and continuing care. Follow up virtual appointments with a dietician have helped him progress through the various stages of post-surgery diet, and he has never felt left out in the cold.
