I am so please that my company AAA added Surgery Plus as a benefit. The level of excellence in customer service is Legendary. My customer care advocate has a great response time, provides wellness checks, etc. The level and reputation of the sergeants they ** is considered the superb top of the line. Because of surgery plus the doctors I have used for two major operations and a third coming up this April continually roll out the red carpet. I don't just feel like a number.

My hip replacement journey was very positive and made a tremendous difference in my lifestyle, both physical and emotional. The Doctor that did my surgery made me feel like he knew me forever and gave me great confidence in the procedure. I always felt very welcome with each visit and it really felt like a family orientated atmosphere. Surgery Plus is wonderful! They helped me with getting a doctor and stayed in constant contact, asking if I had any questions and iI I had my future appointments scheduled. I would Definitely use surgery plus again.

I had the best experience with SurgeryPlus/Employer Direct. This is a great benefit that I have raved about to others. ************** is my contact there and she has been wonderful throughout the whole process. This included a major surgery on my spine as well as pain management before and after the surgery. *************** also helped me with joint injections. I was just told that I will need 1 or 2 more surgeries and thank God, at least I have a wonderful team to work with-not that I want another surgery ever again. Great ... read more

Ive used Surgery Plus on two different occasions and their service was excellent. Having medical procedures are stressful enough and they removed so much of the stress. This allowed me to focus on being healthy and whole. Im forever grateful to their team for helping me through such challenging times and providing excellent service.

I had a great experience with SurgeryPlus! The doctor that I chose from my list was amazing and was well worth the three hour drive! I am very appreciative to have had little expense when getting the surgery. SurgeryPlus saved my life!

I had a great experience with Surgery Plus. The surgeon was great as was the facility and the entire process. I will use them again, if needed in the future.
Wow, nothing couldve been easier than using Surgery Plus! I used them last year to have a hysterectomy, and it did not cost me a dime! Actually, my gas was all covered on a gift card that Im still using now!
I enjoyed my experience, it was so easy and I would definitely recommend this to everyone and all of the people who have a surgery coming up
