My experience with Surgery Plus was great. My care advocate, *************************, was very helpful. I ended up needing more than one procedure and she checked to make sure that everything would be covered. She answered all my questions and followed up with me after each appointment to ensure that I had everything that I needed. I have already recommended Surgery Plus to my coworkers.

I have used surgery plus for 2 years and out of the 2 years my experience was amazing the specialist made checked on me regularly I will recommend surgery plus anytime Thank you

I have been trying to work with Surgery Plus/**** since April 2023. They have accomplished nothing. Lots of "run around". Lots of unproductive calls and emails. **** contact with a physician's office. It is now August 31, 2023. I have had 4 ************** advocates and again, Zero results! This place seems to be some sort of call center. The people on the phone have no knowledge of medical procedures or terminology. Very disappointing. I feel like they have been wasting my time.

The support team at the Dr ****** and Hospital were very friendly and helpful. they were accomadating with assisting me in getting my therapy done closer to me. The person who helped to set things up for me was suppose to load money for my transport on two separate occasions never did. , I only saw the doctor himself one time and he never saw me again after that. Did not talk to my family member after the surgery in person. Called them on cell phone. If this is a supplement plan to help people with surgeries it should cover ... read more

I had a great experience with Surgery Plus from start to finish. My coordinator was very responsive. We found providers in our area with ease, and I was very happy with the provider I chose. Surgery went excellent as hoped and follow up care was a breeze. The provider and the surgery center were top notch. I never felt like I was treated poorly because I was using a Surgery Plus program (no cost to the patient). Nothing EVER in writing. **** something different every person u speak to. Started file 13 Jan. **** by 4 reps the incentive was $1500 after surgery. They don't pay for pre surgery labs or xrays. I got a call yesterday saying the $250 incentive was ready to put on my card. $1500 now $250. Was told as of 1 Jan it did change down to $250. I spoke to numerous reps all saying $1500.
