Surgery Plus was great. They sent me 3 different doctors to choose from which made it very nice for me to pick the best candidate for my surgery. They took care of the scheduling and checked on me after the surgery. I would recommend this to anyone.

I never heard of Surgery Plus until I was needing knee replacement. My boss told me about it and the time was right to get surgery done. The Doctors are top notch and have done this for years. Pre surgery each doctor came in explained everything and answered questions on anything you needed. Never on the need for nurses they checked on me all the time before and after surgery. I am about to have my 2nd surgery using Surgery Plus and everything has been so easy and I have received the best customer service along with having outstanding Doctors. I have been 100% satisficed with the care I have been given
The whole process was great start to finish. The care advocate has been amazing and made the process as smooth and seem less as possible. I will definitely recommend!
Horrible customer service!!They promised that they will load money for you for a hotel room and gas but they dont follow through. I will never use this program again.The only reason I left a one star review is because it makes you leave one or I wouldve left zero stars

Absolutely would recommend Surgery Plus. Had to use their service 5 times and great experience every time. High quality doctors they assigned me to. The customer service advocates were very helpful.
