SurgeryPlus is an amazing program! I highly recommend it, and will definitely use it again should the need arise. My care coordinator, *****, took care of every detail and I didn't have to do anything but show up to my appointments. The consultation, surgery, and follow-up were covered 100%; as well as hotel, gas, food, and mileage for my myself and my wife. When I called with questions about the surgery I needed, they not only answered my questions but put me with the best Dr ever, **************** was amazing, they checked on me before surgery and after surgery, Thanks so much for Everything and ************** I feel so much better no and today makes 6 weeks since I had surgery, so far so good...
Surgery plus is amazing! I couldnt afford the surgeries on my own. I was able to get three operations done with no out of pocket expense. Hernia surgery and two knee surgeries. One surgery was out of State and all my travel expenses like air fare, hotel, transportation for both my son and I were covered. Plus I had a care advocate to guide me and was always available to answer questions. Highly recommend Surgery Plus!!
Quick, Easy, Convenient! The customer service and follow up is amazing! They really take care of you from start to finish. I would recommend this to any of my colleagues :)
They were always willing to listen and answer questions. I never felt rushed or unimportant. I really liked working with them and def will again if I need a surgery!
After referring me to 2 different surgeons, both of which told me that they did not perform the surgery that I needed, Surgery Plus then sent an email saying that my needed procedure was not covered and my case was closed.Big waste of time and energy. It is extremely frustrating and very disappointing to recieve incorrect information about needed health care.
