I❤️NYC! Best Birthday ever!! The most magical 24 hours during a blizzard- all on one city block!! For the most unbelievably low rate. Thank you for the upgrade! Excellent service!! Beautiful location, beautiful atmosphere, beautiful drinks. Ordered deviled eggs which were pretty good. Service was a little snooty, but otherwise satisfied!
Stayed a long weekend in February here and it was awesome! My boyfriend was visiting NYC for the first time and this hotel is located at the best location to walk to the park or Times Square! The chic style and ambiance of the room, famous lobby bar, or roof top, you feel classy and fun - great combo. The staff are super friendly and helpful with reservations and tickets to broadway shows! I love this place. The fact that it is a stone's throw from the Metropolitan Opera House doesn't hurt.

My daughter and I loved it � , we came here to spend the weekend , all the way from Orlando FL (yes we are still at the hotel �) the reason of the trip was my daughter 12th birthday � and so far has been amazing , very comfortable, clean and a absolutely great convenient location , near everything you want to see . Broadway �, time square, Central Park etc... � thank you guys .

Real talk, our room had a filthy lampshade and a cracked ceiling. The shower handle was busted, and the lodgings just don't justify the rate, plus $150 in hold charges. The door guys are great, though.
