We have found a cockroach in our room!
The Empire Hotel treats every visitor like royalty. We have stayed there a few times now and every employee is just wonderful and make you feel like you are the most important guest they have. The rooms are impeccable and clean. We love the Empire and cannot wait to come back! Thank you for making our special occasions so magical!

Stayed at The Empire for 4 days with my son and we loved it couldn’t fault it great location , and a very kind gesture from Jose ( forgive me if not spelt like this) after realising when I nearly arrived at the airport that I had left my back pack behind with mine and my sons passports in so would of be unable to fly back to the uk , Jose clocked out of work at 3 then jumped on a train carrying my back pack with passports and a considerable amount of cash and headed to JFK airport to meet us at terminal 7 , I’m guessing took... read more
was better 10 years ago. decor is contemporary bland now. air conditioner is loud. windows do not block outside noise of multiple batteries of airconditioners. staff are friendly. The upstairs has lost its feel since it was closed in. I can see why they did it, but still was better open and not glasses in.
I’m so glad my daughter booked this hotel! It’s near so many things and easy to get a taxi right out front! Friendly, professional and helpful staff! When I return to New York I’ll be staying here again! A corner room is the best, awesome view!

Great staff but a very small pool and a very small bathroom with only one shower door�... More of an adult hotel then something for the entire family, with that being said I would love to stay their again with just the hubby. �
Schrecklich. Hat nicjts mit den eigenen Fotos gemeinsam. Absolut runtergekommen und schmuddelig. Einzig die Lage und das Personal unten ist ok. Im poolbereich (der von der Grösse her maximal Jacuzzi ist) ist das Personal absolut faul und dreckiges Geschirr steht ewig rum. Alles in allem: absolut ungenügend!
