New front desk employees. Fresh Paint, No Mold, shower doors, less mildew, offer silverware, glass wine glasses instead of coffee cups, air conditioners that don't clank.

If you are going to Lincoln Center or the Broadway area, Central Park or Fordham and John Jay College, this hotel is in close proximity. Everyone - from the door man, gentlemen parking the cars and front desk staff - was super polite and welcoming. The room was squeaky clean and we could smell bleach in our room. The rooms are small but comfortable. Biggest drawback - the small bathroom but this hotel is in an old building. The decor is very interesting. I would definitely stay here again.
by far the worst hotel motel I've ever stayed in my whole entire life there's no hot water there room keys do not work their coaches have burn marks no cushions can't even get into my own room it's 7 in the morning because I'm not on the account they won't give me a f****** key
Ottimo hotel in zona Lincoln Center (Upper West Side) a 10 minuti da Times Square. Personale disponibile e struttura molto accogliente. Prezzo un pò alto ma comunque da consigliare visti gli standard di NY. Complimenti.
The rooftop bar is perfect for r&r, conversation, drinks, food, and a great view of NYC...touche 👏👍
