Too small, beds hard. Everything is too expensive especially for water.

It good for if u wanna go to Central Park and good places to eat. The bad thing bout it the rooms were small and very noisy the heating was not great, u have to give a bank card over when u check in incase you damage things in the room, this information was not told wen booking! The staff was nice and friendly, I will be back in New York

The staff are wonderful, the welcome warm, the lobby is enticing. All good. Our first room had a window so drafty that we had to request being moved. It also failed to block out any street noise. It felt as if there was no window at all. The old air con and heater really worked badly - noisy and unresponsive heating the room when set to A/C and vice versa. We moved - and the receptionist was brilliant - apologetic and lovely. We went to get our stuff out of the room to move it - the tech guy arrived. When I told him the wind... read more
Welcoming staff and courtesy crew - will definitely be back soon!
Really really bad service! They over charged me and I’ve been calling sooo many times the accounting team never pick up the calls, I left multiple voicemails and sent emails, also tried to reach through Facebook, but no one cares or return my calls. Very disappointing experience. Will never stay there again and do not recommend this hotel.
