We come to the city frequently and have stayed in plenty of the hotels here. This by far had the worse customer service out of any of our stays. My credit card was charged for three times the amount I was told it would be for a “hold”. Our reservation was completely paid for in advance. I understand a hold being put on your card for incidentals etc, however I was told it would be $150, it was close to $400! When going to the front desk to enquire about the fee, I was basically called a liar until they investigated further. T... read more
What my family and I needed, would magically appear right before we even knew we needed it. Extrapolate that a dozen times a day. What else is there to say?
