Our cattledog puppy received the most excellent care here after ingesting what we now know was a cigarette butt probably laced with something. Caring front staff and an expert vet. We are on vacation but wish we had such great emergency care near us! Thank you!
Our cat Abby passed away last night while I was driving to EVCOT. The staff was extremely caring and gentle, and I was given as much time as I needed to say goodbye to my little one. Thank you.
Their staff are so kind and very capable. Our cat Hermione is prone to UTIs and for this most recent one, they suggested we run some extra tests. We are so glad we did because they found a mass on her pancreas and she had surgery within two days. Their staff kept us updated, let us visit her and leave toys and blankets with her, and explained everything in ways we could understand. They were so, so patient with us. They also accept Care Credit, which is an amazing resource when your pet needs expensive care very quickly. I f... read more
My dog, Tuesday, was having GI distress for a week: vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, etc. After 5 days she developed a fever and our vet referred us to Emergency care to get bloodwork, abdominal ultrasound, and more if needed. The vet called me at 4:15 with an update: blood work pretty normal, ultrasound within normal limits, but she would need to stay the night. They were all so kind, gi... read more
I have lost 3 of my beloved cats over the years , one of them two days ago, and have always taken them here. They have the most amazing staff and take such great care to make sure you are comfortable and explain everything to you etc. I had been a vet tech for, many years and understand this business, but when it's your own sweet baby sometimes that all goes out the window. The Vets here really help you through the process and support your choices. They are amazing and I will always go there for emergency care.
You all rock thank you for what you do. Thank you for the care you gave our echo who has an enlarged heart and was having problems breathing. You treated him with love and care, and help us to understand what to expect. I know his time with us will be short but thanks to you he will be more comfortable.
I met the staff at this clinic under extremely unhappy circumstances. Everyone at the clinic was kind, competent, and helped me and my cat. It made all the difference in a really difficult situation. I am happy to recommend Dr. Wilson, and the talented technicians at this office.
