I feel like I should permanently rent a room for my dog Hugo...he loves coming to EVCOT. The staff is amazing and always takes great care of him. I wish we didn't have to come in so often but if I have to go to the emergency vet, this is the best one!! Hugo and I say thank you!!! <3
My second time here with 2 animals and they are fantastic.
The experience was to be expected. We arrived at 4:00 am to make one of my biggest heart breaking decisions, to say goodbye to my heart dog Mochi. I would say if I could do it again, I would of told the attendant to back off. The attending Veterinarian was compassionate and kind. The Tech\counter attendant was rushing us away and out the door. As I sat in my car, I wanted to,run back in and scream, “I am not ready to say goodbye!” But I didn’t and I now regret it. Best advice I can give is to do,some sensitivity training to ... read more
they are absolutely the best... great doctors and excellent staff... thank you for taking care of my neighbors dog today xo
Big shout out to the staff of Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Tualatin. I spent yesterday afternoon there with a sick foster dog. The outcome was not my ideal, it was the best for Blue. Everyone I spoke with yesterday was kind and compassionate. I want to let them know how much I appreciate what they do. THANK YOU EVCOT! ❤🐶❤
Our bird accidentally got shut in the car door. we rushed her here and they took excellent care of her. I expected to pay a ton of $$ at the end but it wasnt anymore then what I pay for regular vet visits. if anything happens to my pets again, even though it's a long drive from Vancouver, I'll go here.
I had to rush my cat in late one night for emergency care with a sleepy toddler in tow. While we ended up having to put my cat down, everyone was so sensitive and kind during the whole ordeal. He was treated with compassion and respect and I really appreciated that. They also sent a very nice card to us after everything, and when I went to pick up his remains I was again met with so much kindness and empathy. While I hope to never have another pet need emergent care, I would definitely take them here if needed.
We just got home from the Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Tualatin with our kitty Ulee. I can’t say enough about the excellent and compassionate care he received. The clinic’s new facility is perfect, exceeded only by the skill and professionalism of the entire staff. I was too rattled at the time to get names, or I would post them, but you know who you are. Thank you so much!
They saved our cat by doing emergency surgery to remove thread she'd swallowed. It isn't cheap, but they are so supportive and professional. I'll drive across town to come to this emergency vet over any other!
