Compassion, kindness and professionalism during our hardest time with our sweet boy.
I was at the Emergency Clinic for pretty much h the worst time during a pet owners life, my beloved kitty was not breathing well and I knew something was majorly wrong. The staff there, especially the vet, were very calm, caring and compassionate during a very rough time for me. very caring, knowledgeable folks. only negative would be lack of communication while sitting in an exam room for 2+ hours waiting and wondering if you've been forgotten. that said, they've treated several of our dogs and done quite well. I couldn't ask for better folks to treat my fur babies.
Great care the two times I have had to go there, both times dealing with sick guinea pigs which are hard to treat sometimes.
