I sat in my car in 95° weather for seven hours while the clinic did not attend to my dog. I told them he was in pain and all that needed to be done was his anal sacs expressed. I was told I had to sit in my car ~ that I couldn’t leave ~ because they were not a boarding facility. So, after 7 hours of not eating or having fluids, the clinic did nothing for my dog, but charged me to “examine” him. Dr Sadreddin was even going to prescribe a medication which I had just picked up from my vet before heading to the ER Vet. I tried t... read more
I had called to ask if they euthanize dogs there our dog Sasha was old and had stopped eating and drinking they had said yes. The team there was really professional and very sweet and told us what they were gonna do and asked if we wanted to stay with her. They were wonderful. The Dr had called us later and talked with us more about it. I really appreciate them. I would highly recommend them. We received a card in mail today. Thank you
My pug had palate and nares surgery and because her airway was involved her vet wanted her observed overnight here. From the moment I dropped her off until I picked her up this morning everyone was so helpful!! Luckily her night was uneventful but, upon her discharge I received a detailed account of her entire time (15 hours) all her meds that were given and when I should continue them once I got home!!! For this nervous dog momma I know my girl had the best care ever and for that I thank you a million times!!
We had to bring our dog Blue in two nights in a row. The staff was very kind and the doctors spent a good deal of time explaining their plan. We are grateful they are so close.
Very professional, prices were reasonable. They did a great job with the Covid restrictions. Vet answered all of our questions and was patient. Office staff was proficient and friendly.
After multiple weekend & night visits, with various cats we’ve LOVED, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND all Drs we have ever come in contact with, even when one of them required to be put to sleep😭 They have been incredibly knowledgeable, informative explaining ALL our options, and tender&loving during trauma and distress😢💖Mr Bean & Sir Purrs (FIP😢😡)
Great service! I was there for less than an hour and they were so nice and helpful. ♥️
Have used them several times after hours and they have been amazing each time!
