Christmas eve day is not a day you want to spend at the ER with your beloved pet. It was so busy. The gal at the front desk was calm and caring. All the owners sitting in the waiting room were loving and caring. The vet we met with explained thoroughly what we needed to observe over the next 24 hours. Finn is fine now, and they calmed our nerves and took loving care with our boy. Thank you!
They are always so helpful and care so much about their patients. I can also call with questions and get help over the phone.
I need to say a very heartfelt thank you to the staff of Wilsonville Veterinary Clinic/Reproductive Revolutions (thank you Mary and Dr Lopate) and more especially to the professional and sensitive folks at Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Tualatin with a very special thank you to Dr Dan and Dr Andy who have helped me through this painful loss and others... Sometimes there are no good outcomes and having a sympathetic shoulder is so comfirting and reassurring.
