I took my dog in who was in congestive heart failure at 3:00 AM. They were wonderful. They treated him quickly and efficiently. They gave me the medication he needed. I am so thankful they were there. If not, I likely would have lost my dog last night.
Vestibular Syndrome symptoms exhibited for my 5 year old Blue Point Siamese girl. Second Emergency visit for us and expected the wait. Extremely competent and professional staff. So grateful for their after-hours availability and competence. I'm spent from stress. It could have been a horrible diagnosis. Turned out to be an ear infection and very treatable. Just relieved and spent after my Sunday workday and Emergency Vet visit.
I have had mixed experiences here. I am not going to go into detail but my last experience was pretty good. I have ferrets and my regular vet who I have had for 17 years only recommends this place and clearly I trust her. I have had to go in probably about 6 times and 5 out of six times were good experiences. They are mostly friendly and compassionate. They confer with my vet on plans and the job is done well. You need to remember to be patient and expect a wait. They are going to see the sicker or more injured animals first... read more
