I just read some bad news about you guys..you refused an injured dog last night because his injury didn't occur in Washington Co. Could this horrible news be true?Luckily the dog did receive medical care in another facility that had. no issues as where injury occured...please clarify your rules on this matter...could mean life or death to a family member..thank you

I would like address the comments and concerns made by the community here regarding the stray dog that was brought in to our facility after being hit by a car. First, the staff member that handled the situation did so incorrectly and is not in adherence to our clinic guidelines for stray animals. She should have spoken with the doctor that was on duty at that time (which was me) before any sort of decision was made about the stray animal. I was extremely upset after hearing about the situation and the action that the staff m... read more
Our dog got out and got hit by a car. Went here and they turned him away because he was hit in another county. How could you turn away an injured and suffering animal? Horrible. I will never bring an animal here.

I have been here many of times. I love everyone in the clinic. It's hard when you have a sick pet. I love the Dr and the receptionist. Swing shift has always been my crew. Thank you for helping Dior last night. Once again y'all where open when we needed you the most. Thanks again.
Very friendly, courteous, informative staff, thorough exam, and a fraction of the cost of Dove Lewis. My new after hours vet of choice! Thank you for your expert care of Donny Bubbles! I highly recommend!
These people were awesome and very professional. My dog had a bleeding tumor on his spleen and they did everything possible to comfort and save him. Dr. Pam was terrific.
This clinic was very courteous, they saw my rescue dog was in much distress and took him right in, took the time to discuss with me his needs and medication. For an emergency visit his total bill was very reasonable as well. I have used their clinic years ago as well and both times I feel we get quality treatment at a reasonable cost even with the emergency fee.
