Very much more concerned with money than the well being of the animal. It's all about the money to them regardless of how it affects the animal. Don't waste your time or money and save the well being of your beloved pet.

Bring your loving ones over there. You will have a worst experience in your life; overlooking your pets' disease progression, in a way sucking more money from you. I see only one nurse, well acknowledged her job description. Others are completely uneducated, not fit at all for professional ER work. Good luck.

We came home about 7pm on Sunday to find my 6yr old Pit Bull stumbling as he attempted to walk. My husband had to carry him into the house. We found the animal hospital and recommended we bring him in. As soon as the tech saw him she immediately asked if he could have gotten into antifreeze. No was our answer but the test came in positive. We could not afford the untimely treatment and care credit only approved a drop in the bucket. They saw our concern and agreed to do a promissory note for us. Our baby is alive and healing... read more

I wish I would've never taken my baby here. Rude, inconsiderate, heartless staff with zero compassion. All they want is your money and have no feelings toward your pet. Please if you love your pet stay away from here. I have to live regretting that I didn't just let my baby pass away in my arms instead of in the hands of these cold, heartless monsters. In the same breath they told me his diagnosis and the cost if the treatment that may or may not save his life. The price was $1200 and they wanted me to sign the financial res... read more

My niece and I brought her puppy, because it was after hours and on a weekend so her normal Vet wasn't open. The staff was very friendly, and offered excellent care. The puppy was diagnosed with Parvo, and given a 30% chance of survival. We couldn't afford to leave him in the hospital (which was recommended) and she didn't want to surrender him (which was also mentioned as a possible solution for his care). The Vet gave him fluids and antibiotics, along with detailed instructions as to how to care for him.....most of which s... read more
