Thank you so much to Dr Sagen Gunnoe and all the staff at the ER! Always a scary experience to end up at the ER but from the moment we stepped in the door, they treated my Lucy with love and the best medical care possible! The waiting room was busy with all sorts of cases. I personally witnessed Dr Gunnoe having to tell a couple their pet didn't make it, and she was so kind and showed such care for both their pet and the couple. Our pets are members of our families! I would never in my life come back to this clinic or recommend anyone else to come to the clinic/ Hospital these people will grab your sick puppy / baby / dog and take them into the back and then give you a hand board and have for you to fill out all this information and the doctor or nurse will come in the room with a sheet that will have the build on the paper saying you owe this amount they would charge you $75 just for your pet to have an exam which is not right these people up here should tell you first before they even... read more

Dr. Sagen Gunnoe.. Just a little FYI... I never have liked taking my pups to the ER. I now have a different perspective...Tinky ended up having Severe/chronic pancreatitis and GEI bleeding. I highly recommend Dr. Sagen Gunnoe and the entire staff. My Emma, Bubba Tinkles, Tinky... has not been so alert in years. Tinky's life was saved. I am still in shock and full of tears from joy...bc Tinky has NEVER seemed so happy. Our pups are family. They are the best! Dr Milton and Staff took such good care of our sweet boy and loved him when we couldn't be there. He was glad to go in for his check-ups after surgery to see his new friends.
I had a very special technician named Pam who was an absolute angel. She loved on my Chloe (cat) and me as well. She took the time to talk to me and listen to me and....anyway, she was absolutely perfect. I just wish I had the opportunity to thank her for what a blessing she was that night.
I love Dr.Milton.he has save my fur babys leg on several accession. The staff is awesome.very professional but they make you feel your pet comes first.I would highly recommend.

I had been hearing so much about poisonous SNAKE BITES in my area, I was very fearful for my dog as well as all my neighbors dogs. When it happened to my dog last night, I fell to pieces. I had never been there before and got really confused with directions. One of the ladies at the front desk stayed on the phone with me until I pulled into the drive way and sent tech's out to meet me.
