My dog was having a fever and wasn't eating for few days, so I brought her in. I spend 4 hours. The assistant at the front desk were not friendly and not helpful. They told me to call my local vet to send them the information about my dog 10mins of closing time. Instead, of them calling my local vet themselves. Can’t thank these people enough for the emergency surgery they performed in the middle of the night on our cat that was attacked and almost killed by 2 stray dogs. Every member of the staff was knowledgeable, personable and made us very comfortable by easing our minds and being so kind to us and our pet. Thanks again guys!!!!!

These people were amazing. My dog for some reason attacked my cat and I was horrified. The staff got my cat right in and it was not as bad as I thought. Everyone was nice and caring.
The staff was amazing and took such good care of my dachshund when he had to have back surgery last week! We brought him in Wednesday morning around 11 and by the time I got there after work at 5 he was already out of surgery and recovering! Dr. Dismukes is amazing and explained everything so well and we are so thankful for him! Every time we called to check on him they were more than happy to give us a detailed update and talked about much they loved him!
I'm not gonna say anything bad about this clinic. They were open when no one else was. They were not extremely fast but they got the job done in a respectful and intentive manner. I had a good idea what was wrong with my dog going in and the vet on duty was kind and listen to my input and how I had come to my conclusions. They were expensive as I would expect from emergency animal care but I didn't feel scammed by the pricing in any manner. I was impressed with the service and care received.
Dr. Gibbs was great with Harley she explained everything to us. She done several test on Harley eyes @ Harley and still see good she won’t to see him in 6 months to see if cataracts getting worse. Dr Gibbs is thinking what is best for Harley quality of life. Not to just jump in to eye surgery. Like to thank dr. Roger Nichols animal clinic for the referral and setting up the appointment.
Poor Tazar.. Pulled the skin off her hind leg exposing muscle and bunch of nastiness!! Very thankful right now!!
Wonderful facility, courteous staff and compassionate doctors. I was very pleased and appreciative of the treatment we received.
