It’s very sad that this is the only place close to the Western side of Jefferson County! Most folks that bring their animal to an ER love them like family members. The fact that you overcharge, have crappy personalities & NO compassion just sucks! And these reviews say it all, y’all suck! I’m praying for another clinic to open soon & put y’all out of business & praying for your staff to get some compassion! I understand this is an ER vet clinic but charging the prices you do is ridiculous!
They saved my Maltese’s life so i can’t say a negative thing about these people ! Unfortunately we’ve had two visits and i hope it’s the last lol ! But so glad we have them nearby for emergencies .
Aside from having the most courteous staff, I had to visit on a busy Sunday and although I know there were More serious cases than mine, they treated home with the upmost concern and made me feel absolutely comfortable about leaving until I could see Dr. Gibbins. I don’t mind at all that this facility is 1.5 hours away, the staff’s professionalism and knowledge is worth the drive!
Very caring people!!! Everybody was so nice and did everything they could for our Buddy!!! Thank y'all for such a positive experience in a sad time!!!
My husband and I had to put down our puppy, and the staff and doctors could not have been more kind or attentive throughout the process. Dr. Clark was so helpful and made the best decisions possible for us and our puppy.
I had to put my sweet Ginger down about a month ago. Everyone was very sweet and compassionate.
