I brought my Great Dane puppy in last week with parvo. While I appreciate a clinic like this for emergencies I have several issues with this place. First, let me start by saying I am a medical professional myself just for humans not animals. The older lady vet that was there the night I came had the personality of a wall which did not help an already stressful situation, but I can deal with that for the most part. So now let's discuss the hyperinflation of the prices at this place. While I understand it's an animal emergency... read more

I had to have my 11 year old, Old English Sheepdog put to sleep last Sunday evening and the Dr and staff couldn't have been any more kinder than they were. I wish I knew all of their names so that I could thank each one of them personally for doing what they could for my Max. They were so sweet, caring and comforted me when I really needed it. Each of them made the whole nightmarish time more bearable. As an RN myself and use to dealing with death and dying, one never gets use to losing a patient or becoming somewhat emotion... read more

Brought our cat in late one night because she could not walk on her front legs. The vet on duty performed blood work & an x-ray. She was unable to ascertain what was wrong and suggested she keep the cat overnight, which I gave permission for and paid the fees associated with it. The next morning, I was told to pay an additional $80 because the vet failed to add hospitalization charges. Now don't you think that a seasoned vet that is experienced in gouging customers would remember a mundane detail such as that. I then asked t... read more

Brought my infant kitten here after a decline in his eating. He had began to spit his formula up his nose and had began to get what sounded like some congestion and was weaker than he had been. They took him back and spent a good two hours trying to figure out what was going on with my little guy and was able to give me some antibiotics for his congestion and a new type of food to help with his eating. After getting him home he was able to take his bottle and antibiotics without any complications and has been purring with a ... read more

Thank you so much for taking excellent care of my Sugar baby. My sweet girl was bit by a rattlesnake. We took her in immediately and they saved our baby. We went to visit her and the staff was incredibly friendly. You could see the love for all the animals in there eyes. We got to watch them interact with the other pets while we was visiting. You could see that they truly care. It was so nice and heart warming knowing that my Sugar baby was in good, kind, and loving hands. I couldn't thank them enough! And I really appreciat... read more

I took my pup here because my normal vet recommended it after she got hit by a car. They kept her for two nights without giving us much information about what was done. Didn't try to explain anything. They just wanted us to come pick her up and didn't tell us any further steps to take. They just said she would need surgery but no one there could do it and they didn't recommend anyone that could. They pretty much just handed us our dog and a bag of fluids that she was on and that was that. Didn't tell me how long she would ne... read more

Our 12 year old diabetic Havanese Gabby had to be put to sleep on Sunday at the Center. Dr. Lauren Clark was super... she was compassionate and considerate and it made our decision to end Gabby's suffering a sad but informed one. I feel strange "rating" an event that led to the passing of our dog, but thanks to Dr. Clark, it was a less traumatic event than it could have turned out to be. Thank you.
