Verified Renter These people really are personable and care about you your pets your belongings grounds and were excellent during snow storm. We never lost water or electricity. The building is clean and smells fresh always. Some issues with elevators but usually within 24 hours everything is fixed. New gate placed for extra security with a few glitches but that has been worked out. Verified Renter No issues getting work orders completed quickly. When entered at night, they are always done when I return from work the next day.
Verified Renter If something is not done about the tenants above me that play the drums and guitar I will demand a move at the cost of Windsor to be displaced. I have complained numerous times and no action has been taken. Also the lighting in my unit is horrible and the dryer will not turn off automatically.
