Verified Renter Reason I am here is because of the staff, which make the difference in a large apartment building. The maintenance team is the best in Austin. They are fast, and go out of their way to make sure every issue is solved.
Verified Renter Aside from the frequent fire alarms over the past 3 weeks, our living experience here has been pleasant. Even during a pandemic, we have been impressed with the common spaces and friendliness of neighboring residents.

Verified Renter Moved to Eleven by Windsor on relatively short notice and have had no regrets. The amenities are superb and always clean. The staff has done a great job of handling the pandemic and ensuring everyone's safety and access to sanitizers throughout the building. I have really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury-style downtown spot without breaking the budget.
Verified Renter Overall been a good experience here at Eleven. Have some concerns from moving in on leaks as there has been two noticeable areas since Ive been there for only a month. Common areas are nice and apartment itself is nice. The maintenance team is great and very good at communicating everything on when they are coming and any issues and how theyve been taken care of, theyve been great. Verified Renter Monthly payments are extremly outrageous especially with all the construction going on, bringing market value down as there will be more competition for thos complex. Unsafe and lack of security eg. Car stolen from garage, homeless getting in to charge devises and wash up in bathroom. Verified Renter Ive been a tenant here for 3 years and continuously find myself dissatisfied with management and how they handle situations. In the midst of a lockdown - pest control entered the apartments without gloves - touching surfaces of my apt. There have been thefts that management does not report and does anything about. The apartments are built poorly - especially for the price we are paying for rent. I will not be resigning nor will I ever recommend this apartment complex to friends or family.
