La'Brea, Christan, Steven and Chris have all individually helped me in some fashion and all have been above professional when doing so.

Verified Renter I really love our apartment and the location. The only negative, which for me is a big one, is weve seen multiple cockroaches and weve only been here a few weeks! Im concerned. It doesnt make settling into a new apartment very pleasant.

Everyone including the leasing staff to the maintenance staff were always responsive and promptly answered questions and concerns. I had a comfortable, affordable apartment and experienced zero stress moving in and out. I highly recommend this apartment!

My wife and I really like using the sky lounge to enjoy a min or 2 usually during sunset to look over the city, capital building, the stadium and such. Verified Renter Compared to other apartment homes in the area, Eleven by Winsdor has superb value. The apartment and building aesthetics and amenities are fantastic. I had wonderful experience with the leasing office, and everyone there is amazing, having met almost everyone!
