Verified Renter I really love our apartment and the location. The only negative, which for me is a big one, is weve seen multiple cockroaches and weve only been here a few weeks! Im concerned. It doesnt make settling into a new apartment very pleasant.

Everyone including the leasing staff to the maintenance staff were always responsive and promptly answered questions and concerns. I had a comfortable, affordable apartment and experienced zero stress moving in and out. I highly recommend this apartment!

My wife and I really like using the sky lounge to enjoy a min or 2 usually during sunset to look over the city, capital building, the stadium and such. I had wonderful experience with the leasing office, and everyone there is amazing, having met almost everyone! Verified Renter These people really are personable and care about you your pets your belongings grounds and were excellent during snow storm. We never lost water or electricity. The building is clean and smells fresh always. Some issues with elevators but usually within 24 hours everything is fixed. New gate placed for extra security with a few glitches but that has been worked out.
