Verified Renter We've lived here for about a month now, and there are definitely some drawbacks to the building that we were unaware of prior to moving in. The floor between the second and first floor are extremely thin, and we've had our downstairs neighbor come up and complain just because we were walking around (only one of us, and without shoes on, and on carpet) after 10pm.
