Verified Renter Ive been a tenant here for 3 years and continuously find myself dissatisfied with management and how they handle situations. In the midst of a lockdown - pest control entered the apartments without gloves - touching surfaces of my apt. There have been thefts that management does not report and does anything about. The apartments are built poorly - especially for the price we are paying for rent. I will not be resigning nor will I ever recommend this apartment complex to friends or family.

Verified Renter Mostly, pretty good but with a few details such as: - noisy neighbors that won't follow instructions, I'm unaware if management could do a bit more, especially now during the quarantine. - closed amenities during COVID, instead of strong preventive actions to condition use - a sudden "no entrance mat" policy, while stockpiling cardboard boxes on the hallway is allowed
