Very informative and exceptionally kind. I was very upset that I injured my ankle and Dr. Wellens put me at ease right away. Fantastic doctor!
Suffered a tendon injury while working on my boat in the fall , was very concerned that I would not be back at it this spring. Dr Wellens was Great ! She was very well informed and so sweet. Highly recommend
Had an ankle sprain that wasn’t healing after a month. Dr. Wellens said she wasn’t concerned because it could take up to 6 weeks to heal. A few weeks later, no healing and follow up appointment told by Dr. Wellens she wasn’t concerned because it could take 6-8 weeks to heal. Later she said not to trust what I read or hear and changed it to taking up to 6 months to heal...for a mild ankle sprain! Dr. Wellens is friendly, timely and always takes the time to really listen to her patients. I have seen her for plantar fasciitis and she helped me return to normal activities quickly!
