Prompt and on time
I fractured my foot and was diagnosed and received crutches at an urgent care. I went to Dr. Elena Wellens at Rothman orthopedics just for a second opinion (advised by urgent care), and was seen for 4 minutes total –2 minutes by her PhD graduate student and then Dr. Wellens showed up in the last 2 minutes of the appointment just to tell me what I already knew from urgent care: non-displaced foot fracture in the left foot. Friendly knowledgeable and treated my fracture expertly. Would highly recommend her. The office was prompt and efficient service.
She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with her treatment. She explained everything from beginning to end. I Would recommend Rothman, staff were always friendly, did not have to wait long at all.
Horrible office in Northeast Philly. Awful doctor and poorly trained staff. Don't go there. Doctor Wellens had the office manager call me to say that she will not treat me, after the staff was mean and rude to me. Trying to make ME the bad guy. Not a professional practice.
