I have been without a assign Doctor for over two years. The El paso TX VA is a clinic! It is unable to meet the requirements of the EL Paso Veterns
My husband is a veteran having a very bad time right now, VA seems not to care that much. It really looks like they were instructed to deny help under every circumstance! This is the second time I tried the advocates and it is worst than the 1st time. They do not even answer the phone or call back! No wonder why so many bad reviews, which they do not care, as long as they get their pay for doing too little. My suspicion is if they went to Mexico to get an intensive course on burocracy level IMSS? Because it seems like ti!
My personal opinion is if you work at the va you should actually care about the veterans and not brush them of like my husbands doctor did yesterday. And also when a nurse care manager calls the nurses because she needs a blood pressure cuff cause a veteran has a seizure in her office they should listen. The only plus point the va clinic over here gets from me is for the oif nurse care managers cause they actually care
With this VA AND OTHERS. SUCIDE are the only answer to get rid of the demons..
This VA never seems to fail... I hate this place the staff really does suck!

It is very difficult to reach anyone in Patient Travel. It is not possible to leave a message asking someone from that office to return your call. Yesterday I called four times before reaching someone on the fourth call. I was promised a call back from someone in that office but no one called back. It would be helpful if there were some way to leave a message or there were a e-mail address where messages could be left.
