My doctor is great, the support system is great. Just wish I could see him more often.
I think the El Paso VA is great!!!! On Tuesday they protected the patients and gave us the own personal food and water. They gave up their offices so the we could be comfortable and checked on us often. Thank you VA staff.
VA lies and Lies. Last week my husband had lab work which was very important. They told him they would be ready the next day. When we went to pick them up. They said sorry sir we can't give those to you cuz they were ordered by an out side Doctor, but we assure you he will have results for your appointment Nov 12. His appointment was today at 11. Dr. Office called VA, but since it was close to lunch time, you guessed it. We had to leave my treatment plan. So here we r stuck
As much as we like to gripe and complain about our VA healthcare, we never come back and say something positive. I would like to thank El Paso VA for answering my gripes and complaints in a timely manner. Though all my issues are not fixed, I can at least say they are making things right and for this I am grateful!

It's becoming a constant fight to get anything handled at EP VA. Doc retired so now no care provider, prescriptions are running out and there seems to be no one that can help. Update: I am now on my second PCM with the local VA since my old doc retired and lack of patient interest doesn't even begin to describe him. Complaints don't seem to help long term service. Also, I've been waiting 2 weeks now for an appointment to see Mental Health regarding my PTSD. Way to go El Paso VA, living up to your reputation.
This place is great...if you want to screw over Veterans!
`i am truly disgusted with the el paso va. i have seen a dr, in the women clinic in feb of this year and hereIt is june 5th and I finally got a prescription for pain. i am going to physical therapy first for my back then for my k news. yet i don't have a mri. got lost in shuffle. to put insult on injury they called security and the doctor, i and mr, security was outside listening to my consult, so much for privacy. i amy consulting beto orouke because i cannot have a doctor who found it necessary to call security for no reas... read more
