The best and most comprehensive health care system in the planer. Much better than the Active Army Health Care System.
My visit was OK the staff can be somewhat detached and give a feeling that they don't really Care, it takes far to long to get your prescriptions
I have never had any trouble with the VA or my Dr.
You should really fix the prescription monitor in the pharmacy area. I have been told that once upon a time it worked and you didn't have to stand in front of the window and wait for your meds blocking the hallway and doorways; not to mention most of us can't stand for long periods of time. Other than that my experience with the staff and treatment has been very professional and well delivered.

I go to the va weekly for meds, because im on the do not mail list and last wednesday my doctor was out, so he lowered my meds cuz my regular doctor wasnt there. This has happened twice and hasnt since been resolved. I have a psychiatrist through the choice program, and i told him i didnt want my meds changed and i havent ever had a problem with them! Its only when i go to the va, is thats when they want to change my meds and ive told them not to change them. What the hell?? Horrible va climic!!
We waited 2 hours at the pharmacy.One of the techs opened his window for his friend who was selling t- shirts and carried on a conversation half Spanish half English about his business.When they were done the tech closed his window.When we originally dropped off his prescription my husband said seen one a male tech roll the paper in.a ball and throw it away.This was on Dec22 am.We had originally given it to a female and we were waiting and waiting.I'm sorry but I have ordered medication and have passed medication all within ... read more
