I got a new dr & she inspired me hope that this new treatment actually will work. I hope it does
Waited an Hour for my Eye appointment. Receptionist blamed it on all the "old, slow moving Vets", but I watched quite a few "old Vets" walk in/out of there and none of them were moving slow. Idk. (JUST FOUND OUT MY APPT WAS AT 3:30 so I only actually waited 30 Minutes).
When the hours on the wall at the pharmacy say they are open at 0900 and the employees are just walking in the door at 0900,there's a problem. 17 Veterans waiting to be seen and the first veteran was seen at 0909.... it's sad when you have to go to the Directors office to get some help in this situation
