Very poor! Made my husband want to quit going to the VA hospital! They can't help him cuz they say i make to much money! I DIDNT SERVE HE DID ! So he gets worse while the VA is the only help he has! Treatment of our veterans at this hospital is disgraceful
I have had a fairly good experience with the El Paso VA. I would give it 5 stars but the wait times can be a little long. Not really upset about it because they are serving a lot of people with a limited staff but it does detract from the overall experience. Everyone I have dealt with there has been friendly and helpful. So far I have seen team A, the lab, orthopedics and the MRI clinic. Got my MRI the day after the referral. I hope my experience continues as it has been it has been pleasant.
Visited due to no primary care doctor from team C had left, so i wanted to go on the Pro-choice program to be seen by an outside doctor. I was told that I would receive a call today about my issue and very pleased to say that I did and the ladies down on the first floor were kind and knew how to resolve the issue. It was in the ICS department both ladies I spoke to did an exceptional job. Especially the woman who works in the first office on the right. I went to see if I could repair my walker grips. They had them on hand, installed them and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes.
I have experienced many hardships since my separation, and although I have had some issues receiving health care, I have been most fortunate enough to be helped by some amazing staff members throughout the departments. I have been aided generously, and on the right track to correcting some much needed health issues. I am truly grateful for the service provided, as I know how hard the times have been these past few years in regards to the VA system. Thank you all, and God bless.
It was alright, got my eyes examined my prescription changed and getting new glasses....all in about 3 hours time...... staff very friendly.
