RecommendedEverything has improved so much ever since Mr. Amaral became the Clinic Director. Every department that I've been to has always been helpful to me. A special thank you to all the staff that truly cares, for their effort and their push for positive changes and improvements that are happening.
Cannot get an appointment until February 2021 and the VA no longer will let veterans seek outside health care. I guess our care is a low priority and our service and sacrifice doesn’t have any meaning.
Where do I begin...After dealing with Santa Fe Clinic this is a step down, actually 2 steps down
Better appointments system
My experience with the *El Paso VA system, has been everything I could hope for. I am seeing, and helped to the fullest. My primary doctor, goes above and beyond what is expected from me. She is outstanding, along with all those I have encountered at the *El Paso VA facility. I thank God I have the privilege of going to this facility. great nurses and awesome facility
I have a service connected disability and they have always taken good care of my health needs, even the non service connected conditions.
All treatment and services for Veterans are EXCELLENT and Improving. We Veterans need to do our part by providing constructive FEEDBACK to the appropriate member(s) of the Chain-of-Command.
