RecommendedStaff is always very polite and professional to me - ok, there are times some appear a little cold and appear disgruntled - but mostly VERY professional and polite.
The care my team provides is comparable to the best care I received at civilian facilities.
I have had excellent care at the El Paso VA. No problems or complaints.
This is what you can expect from the El Paso VA. Yes this is another veterans prescription sent to me instead of him which I then had to physically take to him at his residence otherwise it wouldn’t have gotten to him for another month.
Had an appointment today, by the way, I waited 6 months the for it. Got there at 0940 and checked in for the appointment at 1000. 1025 I finally get taken back for my vitals, and the nurse tells me I'm looking at waiting at least an hour and a half for the doctor because he's behind. This isn't the first time this issue has happened with this doctor. It's with Dr Calderon in team B and this issue needs to be addressed. I've been waiting since December 2015 for desperately needed medications yet can't even be SEEN until AUGUST. My pill bottles are empty, that must mean I'm ok right? Thanks VA for taking exceptional care of your veterans.
My husband is the veteran.we have been very pleased, everyone has been very nice and attentive.we haven't had to wait more than 30 minutes.just lucky I guess
They did a great job. One area was behind schedule, but they got on it, letting use know about it. Then they got caught up. All things considered great job.
The LVN at Team C is a liar. She states that the VA had tried calling but never did. Never got to see my doctor because they are incompetent. I haven't been seen in 6 years and they pull this.
