It is good but just wish I could get more info on my audiologist Dr N'Guessan. and is he the only audiologist Dr?
Dr Strowe is the reason Veterans commit Suicide. I visited with the patient advocate at your facility and they set up my referral for a doctor outside the VA because they feel Veterans are better served by doctors outside the El Paso VA. This speaks volumes about the care our Veterans receive at your facility.
So excited! With the help of my sister, Ret.Col Juanita Winfree, my father Russel Winfree was able to use the VVC (video connect) to speak and see his Amazing nurse Grace Griffiths for new plan of care. Oh the possibilities!
I have used this facility for about 5 years until this past year. My primary doctor retired, was assigned a new doctor who is very rude does not listen and refuses to read my history or renew medications and referrals for specailty clinics. As my healthcare is suppose to be free, I mow have to pay out of my pocket for the specialty clinics I need.
