I cannot even express my love for this place!!! It is amazing!!! Everyone is a family and no one is left out EVER! The coaches are there for you every step of your workout. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. They want everyone to meet their own personal workout goals. There is no intimidation and all workout levels are welcomed. If it was not for El Jefe I would still be sitting on the couch eating Reese's! Give it a try. You'll become addicted too! This place rocks!
Such dedication these coaches have for their students. Never once did I feel left out and everyone is so friendly. Thanks to them, when I last joined the 6-Week Challenge, my confidence was boosted and I felt amazing. If all goes well, after my pregnancy, I will be joining back to this phenomenal family.
I love being apart of this gym! The workouts are fun yet challenging. The community at el jefe is like no other.. everyone is very supportive, nice, and helpful. I've never felt so motivated to go to the gym before!
No place feels more like home than El Jefe! Somone is wonderful to work with and I have never seen a gym owner more involved or more passionate about her family, because that's what we are- a gym family! She's extremely involved in each and every workout and committed to the success of each and every jefe member. She's active in the community and is constantly giving back! She has a big heart and I have made forever friends here and live a happier healthier life having joined El Jefe! Love you all!
This is a great place to work out! Whether you're in to Crossfit, weightlifting, powerlifting or strongman. This place has it all and as a bonus the coaches actually care about your well being!
This is a great place to come and not only work out but everyone here is very friendly and inviting. I have only been 2 times but I can say that you will not only get a amazing workout but you will get the individualized training you need! You can be certain whatever your goal is they will help you get there!
I absolutely LOVE El Jefe. I have never been to a gym that provided such an unbelievable environment of support, community, passion and the Valley's best coaches! This places oozes "family" and always makes everyone feel welcome. Come see what you've been missing out on. You'll be glad you did. Mustaches optional! :-)
