I started at El Jefe with a six week challenge and loved immediately. Great coaches and classes for athletes of all abilities and ages, from kids to grandparents!
This place is all heart. It's more than a typical CrossFit, it's family too. The coaches are patient, caring, kind, but also push you to be the best athlete you can be. I'm so glad I made this positive change in my life and to meet the Jefe family.
Best CF, weight lifting, powerlifting gym ever. Seriously. Never been part of a better community!

I had heard about el jefe and wanted to take my daughter to try el jefe kids. My daughter drags us to cross fit now. So now the family goes but this is unlike any other "crossfit" experience or gym around that I know of. Very willing to work with any fitness level while also pushing you to new fitness levels. Non competitive environment while also being very family
I joined 6 months ago & to say it has changed my life would be an understatement. There is NO place like El Jefe. The owners, Someone & Jovan, are amazing people who've put everything into this gym. They give their members 200% everyday & are always there to give advice for reaching your fitness goals. Great coaches, owners, and community. Everyone makes you feel welcome from the start regardless of your athletic ability. Workouts are scaled to meet individual needs and there are a variety of classes to meet satisfy anyone. I am finally at home!
