El Jefe is amazing! The coaches are supportive and take the time to teach. There is something for everyone at El Jefe! My kids are ages 5, 9 and 12 and they take classes too. I've seen amazing results because of the support I've received. My oldest son has gained so much strength and endurance which has carried over to basketball. El Jefe is the place to be on the west side if you’re looking for top notch training, a great community, and nothing but friendly and supportive coaches. I was a member of a year, had to cancel due to some things changing in my life, and Somone was nothing but accommodating! When she heard I was thinking of cancelling she invited me to be a part of a special program with her and although I ended up declining the offer; I appreciated the added effort. Always a great experience at El Jefe Crossfit! Somone and her team are amazing.
First off I wanted to say thank you for a great first CrossFit experience. I was in town for a few days and my friend invited me to join her - I felt very welcome and supported - and that says a lot about the people here because it is very easy to dismiss people that you know will not be long term members. Thank you Kristi and Jet for great classes and making sure I got the moves down! If you haven't checked these guys out - you should! Quality trainers and great programming!
