Love the programming. Class atmosphere is awesome. Weightlifting has helped me improve and getting me competition ready.
I have been a member of El Jefe CrossFit for over a year. In that time, I have lost 53lbs, competed in my first ever powerlifting event am stronger physically and mentally than I ever thought possible. I have been to several gyms over the years, however the members and coaches at El Jefe Crossfit are the best. They make you feel at home, are all willing to help, no egos and just friendly people.
El jefe could not be a better gym. Everything about it feels like home. NEVER go anywhere else!
This place has changed my life. It's brought my fitness and strength to a whole new level. It's an amazing support system and at times when I feel like I can't finish, I have the coaches and other jefe members to push me through! It's not your typical gym!
Starting my 3rd week of the Challenge~ love this place & my trainers (Shawn & Kim). A hour of me getting out of my head and pushing myself (well more like being encouraged to push) just to see what this body can do! Fear & Doubt have no place here. It's been awesome!
