I absolutely LOVE this place! The coaches are THE best, the programming is excellent, the members are like family. This box offers CrossFit, weightlifting & powerlifting programs with coaches who are certified so you can get those huge gainz!! Try this box first & you won't need to go anywhere else.

As soon as I walked in I fealt welcomed and right at home! With coaches Somone, Josey and Kawika this gym is by far the best in the Glendale, Peoria area! Had a great oly strong man sesh and learned a lot! Thanks guys!
